ECL Bring Learning to Life at Priors Hall ALC Nursery

Urban&Civic were delighted to see ECL Civil Engineering Ltd, bring both generosity and excitement to the children of Priors Hall – A Learning Community Nursery.

ECL kindly donated sand and topsoil to help enhance the nursery’s outdoor play area, creating new opportunities for imaginative play and hands-on learning. The children were thrilled to get involved, helping to fill the sandpit and mud kitchen with plenty of laughter and muddy hands!

To make things even more special, the ECL team arrived with their very own ‘baby digger’, giving the children a chance to see construction in action. The highlight of the visit was when the operator skillfully used the digger to scoop up a football and score a goal — much to the everyone's delight!

The visit offered a fun and educational insight into the world of construction, allowing the children to sit in the cab, ask questions, and learn about the machines and people that help build their community.
