Competition time on Priors Hall-oween Park!

We know our residents love their Halloween decorations, so we thought we'd have a bit of fun! The competition is open to all residents of any age with two prizes up for grabs.

Priors Hall Park Halloween Competition 2023 Terms & Conditions

1. This competition is promoted by Priors Hall Park and Urban&Civic, whose registered office is: 50 New Bond Street, London, W1S 1BJ
   
2. The competition is open to Priors Hall Park residents of any age currently residing in the United Kingdom
   
3. Relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation are not entitled to enter the competition
   
4. The competition will run from 09:00 GMT on Saturday 18th October until 13:00 GMT on Monday 3rd November 2025
   
5. 2 winners will be chosen based on photos shared with Urban and Civic via email. One for the ‘Best Halloween Costume’ and one for ‘Best Dressed House Exterior’. The winner of the ‘Best Halloween Costume’ will win a £25 voucher from the Entertainer store and a hamper of their choice, up to the value of £100. The winner of the ‘Best Dressed House Exterior’ will win a £25 voucher from John Lewis and a hamper of their choice, up to the value of £100.
   
6. To enter the competition, users must email a photograph of their Halloween costume and/or decorated house exterior, to [email protected] along with a suitable caption to describe the image and its location
   
7. To be eligible to win the competition, the photograph must be an original photograph, taken by the person entering the competition or a member of their family/friendship group should there be circumstances where the person who took the photograph cannot upload it themselves
   
8. Copyright in all images submitted for this competition remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their providing the competition, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to Priors Hall Park and Urban&Civic to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of their publications, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this competition
   
9. Entries are not limited. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties
   
10. The winning entries will be chosen for each of the two categories. Those being ‘Best Halloween Costume’ and ‘Best Dressed House Exterior’
    
11. Winners will be notified via email on their competition entry within seven days of the competition closing date
    
12. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. All submissions will be entered into the competition. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions
