Two new housebuilders to join Priors Hall Park

Urban&Civic are delighted to confirm that two new housebuilders will soon be selling homes at Priors Hall Park.

Francis Jackson Homes

Francis Jackson Homes has started on site for 52 high quality new homes with outstanding standard specifications. You’ll find them on Zone 3 next to Davidsons, overlooking Monument Way Field. Francis Jackson Homes are already well known locally for quality, having successfully completed two parcels on Zone 1.

First homes will be ready for occupation from summer 2026. Register on their website for updates and plot release information.     

Allison Homes
Allison Homes will be the next new housebuilder on Zone 2, delivering a mix of one, two, three, four and five bedroom new homes, which have been thoughtfully crafted to meet the aspirations of future homeowners and designed based on in-depth research into their priorities and values.

Construction work on the site, which spans just over nine and a half acres, is due to commence in March next year.
