PILATES - a relaxing class, aimed at improving posture, body alignment, breathing, muscular strength and control.

Tuesdays - 7:30-8:30pm in the Sports Hall. This class is delivered in Polish

Thursdays - 6-7pm in the Sports Hall. This class is delivered in English
