TABATA - intensive a full body workout focusing on toning up the whole body using a mix of weight training, body weight and cardio. Designed to improve your overall fitness, tone your body and burn calories.

Mondays - 7:45-8:45pm in the Sports Hall

Wednesdays - 7:30-8:30pm in the Sports Hall

All classes are spoken in Polish and English
